1. Overview of SZF Axial‑flow Fan
1.1 The SZF axial‑flow fan is a high‑pressure, low‑noise axial‑flow unit, mainly used for ventilation and air exchange in underground works and buildings.
1.2 The SZF axial‑flow fan comes in sixteen sizes ranging from 250 mm to 1600 mm. Its air volume ranges from 600 m³/h to 160000 m³/h, and total pressure ranges from 40 Pa to 1100 Pa. The SZF fan has been serialized into six types: Type A, B, C, D, E and F. It features wide parameter ranges and convenient model selection to meet diverse working‑condition requirements. Two‑speed versions are available, equipped with dual‑speed motors for two‑gear speed regulation to adjust performance for different operating points. Variable‑frequency speed regulation can also be achieved by matching variable‑frequency motors with frequency controllers. The recommended operating frequency range is 25 Hz‑50 Hz.
1.3 Explosion‑proof models are available for explosion‑hazard environments, with explosion‑proof grade Ex d Ⅱ BT4.
1.4 To meet noise requirements for various sites, silencers of different lengths can be fitted. The cladding type (casing noise‑reduction) is also an option.

4. Manufacturing Process
4.1 The fan impeller is steel‑made. The hub is formed by hydraulic drawing. Blades are stamped and hydraulically shaped, then welded and assembled to the hub. The impeller is calibrated for static and dynamic balance with balance accuracy no higher than Grade G5.6.
4.2 The outer‑barrel flange is integrally formed by spinning and flanging process.
