1. Overview

1.1 The T35‑11 axial‑flow fan is mainly used for ventilation and air exchange, or enhancing heat dissipation of heating systems in general factories, warehouses and residential buildings. The fan series has thirty sizes ranging from 280 mm to 1120 mm. Each size is equipped with 4 blades, available at five blade angles: 15°, 20°, 25°, 30° and 35°, offering broad parameter coverage. Air volume ranges from 800 m³/h to 67000 m³/h, and total pressure ranges from 40 Pa to 470 Pa. The fan supports wall‑mounted and ducted installation.

‑ Standard type: For non‑corrosive, non‑flammable and non‑explosive gas (dust content ≤ 100 mg/m³). ‑ Explosion‑proof type: For non‑corrosive gas containing flammable and explosive substances (dust content ≤ 100 mg/m³). ‑ Anti‑corrosion type: For corrosive gas (dust‑free condition).

1.2 Product Classification ‑ By structural form: Wall‑mounted type, Ducted type. ‑ By operating environment: • Standard type: For environments free of flammable, explosive and corrosive gases. • Anti‑corrosion type: Impeller and casing are made of FRP (fiberglass‑reinforced plastic), suitable for environments with corrosive gases. • Explosion‑proof type: Equipped with flame‑proof motor and aluminum‑alloy blades, for environments with flammable and explosive gases. Explosion‑proof grade: Ex d Ⅱ BT4.

1.3 To meet noise requirements for various sites, silencers of different lengths can be fitted. Cladding‑type (casing noise‑reduction) structure is also optional.

2. Operating Conditions

4. Manufacturing Process

4.1 The impeller of T35‑11 fan is steel‑made. The hub is hydraulically drawn. Blades are stamped and hydraulically formed, then welded and assembled onto the hub. The impeller undergoes static and dynamic balance calibration with balance accuracy no higher than Grade G5.6.
