1. Overview of T40 Axial‑Flow Fan
1.1 T40 Low‑noise Axial‑flow Fan
T40 low‑noise axial‑flow fan is mainly used for ventilation and air exchange or enhancing heat dissipation of heating systems in general factories, warehouses and residential buildings.
The fan series covers 18 sizes with impeller diameters ranging from 250 mm to 1000 mm. Each size is equipped with 4 blades. Five blade angles are available: 15°, 20°, 25°, 30° and 35°, offering a wide performance range. Air volume: 560‑67000 m³/h; air pressure: 40‑470 Pa. The fan supports both wall‑mount and ducted installation.
‑ Standard Type: Suitable for environments with flammable and explosive gases. ‑ Anti‑corrosion Type: Impeller and casing are made of FRP (fiberglass‑reinforced plastic), for environments with corrosive gases. ‑ Explosion‑proof Type: Equipped with flame‑proof motor and aluminum‑alloy blades; explosion‑proof rating EXdⅡBT4.
1.2 Product Classification
‑ By structure: Wall‑mount type, Ducted type. ‑ By service environment: ‑ General Type: For non‑corrosive, non‑flammable and non‑explosive gas (dust content ≤ 100 mg/m³). ‑ Explosion‑proof Type: For non‑corrosive gas containing flammable‑explosive substances (dust content ≤ 100 mg/m³). ‑ Anti‑corrosion Type: For corrosive‑gas service (dust‑free condition).
2. Operating Conditions for T40 Axial‑flow Fan
Operating temperature: ‑20 ℃ ~ +40 ℃ Relative humidity: less than 90% Medium requirements:
Power supply: 3‑phase 380 V / 50 Hz. (Low‑power units can be supplied in single‑phase 220 V; please specify when placing orders.)
3. T40 Axial‑flow Fan Configuration
3.1 Standard Components
‑ Impeller ‑ Motor ‑ Casing (barrel & motor support bracket) ‑ Base feet
3.2 Optional Accessories (please specify requirements upon order)
‑ Vibration‑damping devices ‑ Control box ‑ Protective grille ‑ Connecting flange ‑ Louver outlet
Duplicate operating‑condition lines in original Chinese source omitted in translation to avoid repetition.
4. Manufacturing Process of T40 Axial‑flow Fan
4.1 Impeller
The T40 fan impeller is steel‑constructed. The hub is formed by hydraulic drawing. Blades are stamped and hydraulically shaped, then welded to the hub for assembly. The impeller undergoes static and dynamic balance correction with balance accuracy up to grade G5.6.
4.2 Casing Flange
The flange of fan outer barrel is manufactured by integral spinning & flanging process.
