The impeller of XBDZ wall‑mount axial‑flow fan adopts large‑chord, spatially‑twisted inclined blade profile. It delivers the required air volume and pressure at low rotational speed to reduce fan noise.
The fan casing has a square outer shell. Its inner layer is a perforated sound‑absorbing plate, and the interlayer is filled with sound‑absorbing cotton for further noise reduction. The fan is installed inside the wall. Aluminum‑alloy rain‑proof louvers are mounted on the outdoor side to prevent rainwater and outdoor wind from back‑flowing into the room.

The fan is classified into Type A and Type B according to motor type. ‑ Type A: Equipped with conventional motor. 10 sizes with impeller diameter ranging from 250‑710 mm. Each size is fitted with 4 blades. Air volume: 600‑15000 m³/h; air pressure: 40‑160 Pa. ‑ Type B: Equipped with external‑rotor motor featuring lower noise and lighter weight. 9 sizes with impeller diameter ranging from 250‑630 mm. Each size is fitted with 5 blades. Air volume: 900‑10000 m³/h; air pressure: 25‑210 Pa.
‑ General Type: For non‑corrosive, non‑flammable and non‑explosive gas (dust content ≤ 100 mg/m³). ‑ Explosion‑proof Type: For non‑corrosive gas containing flammable‑explosive substances (dust content ≤ 100 mg/m³).

5. Manufacturing Process of XBDZ Wall‑mount Axial‑flow Fan
Impeller: ‑ For XBDZ‑A: The impeller spider is steel, blanked by stamping and hydraulically formed. Aluminum‑alloy blades are stamped and hydraulically shaped, then riveted to the spider for final assembly. ‑ For XBDZ‑B: Blades are directly connected to the motor.
All impellers are subject to static and dynamic balance correction, with balance accuracy not exceeding Grade G5.6.
