Single‑layer louver air outlet is general‑purpose HVAC terminal air grille, mounted on side‑walls or ceiling, applicable for supply air, return air and exhaust air. It consists of outer frame and single‑layer parallel louvers. Blade angle can be manually adjusted for one‑direction modification of air diffusion angle and throw distance. It can be fitted with opposed‑blade volume damper at rear side for airflow regulation. When used as return air grille, filter screen can be equipped to trap large particles for easy disassembly and cleaning. Mainly rectangular shape. Normally made of aluminum alloy; galvanized steel or stainless steel are optional.
