1. Overview of Multi‑louver Smoke Exhaust Outlet
1.1
Multi‑louver smoke exhaust outlets are installed at branch duct ends of mechanical smoke‑exhaust systems, corridor and smoke‑prevention antechamber walls, equipped with integrated multi‑louver decorative face panel. Normally closed under normal conditions. Upon fire emergency, it opens automatically by receiving DC24V fire‑control signal, and can also be manually opened on‑site to exhaust high‑temperature smoke. When flue‑gas temperature reaches 280 ℃, thermal fusible link triggers automatic closure for smoke & fire isolation. Manual reset is required after fire emergency. Mainly supplied in rectangular shape; face panel can be powder‑coated for decoration and smoke‑extraction function。
‑ Standard Multi‑louver Smoke Exhaust Outlet: DC24V electric opening, 280 ℃ thermal fusible closure, on‑site manual reset, for duct ends of corridors and rooms. ‑ Signal‑feedback Multi‑louver Smoke Exhaust Outlet: Outputs electric signal upon opening to interlock smoke exhaust fan and connect to fire control panel. ‑ Remote‑control Multi‑louver Smoke Exhaust Outlet: Fitted with remote actuator for remote manual opening and resetting, suitable for ceiling and duct‑shaft locations with limited on‑site access.
1.2 Product Classification
‑ By structural shape: Rectangular type. ‑ By functional configuration: ‑ Standard Type: DC24V motor‑driven opening, 280 ℃ thermal shut‑off, on‑site manual reset. ‑ Signal‑feedback Type: Electric opening with position feedback signal output for fan interlock. ‑ Remote‑actuator Type: Supports remote manual opening and reset.
2. Operating Conditions for Multi‑louver Smoke Exhaust Outlet
Operating temperature: ‑20 ℃ ~ +80 ℃; short‑term exposure to 280 ℃ high‑temperature flue gas. Relative humidity: less than 90%. Medium condition: High‑temperature fire flue gas.
Power supply: DC24V for electrically‑actuated models.

4. Manufacturing Process of Multi‑louver Smoke Exhaust Outlet
4.1
Damper body and blades are fabricated from galvanized steel sheet. Multi‑louver decorative panel is available with powder‑coated finish. Reinforcing stiffeners are added on blades and panel for structural rigidity. Rotating shafts adopt wear‑resistant bushings for smooth opening and closing. Actuators and 280 ℃ fusible links are calibrated according to fire‑protection standards to guarantee reliable signal‑triggered action and high‑temperature shut‑off.
4.2
Damper flange is integrally bent to form flat mating surface for easy connection with smoke‑exhaust ducts.
