This production line is dedicated to automatic circumferential welding of pipes and flanges for fire protection and HVAC ventilation ducts. It can complete double-sided fillet welds on flanges at both ends of the pipe in one pass.
Integrated prefabrication equipment for HVAC and fire and smoke exhaust ducts. This complete line integrates all processes: uncoiling, leveling, punching, shearing, bending, flange forming and welding. It directly manufactures finished rectangular ducts from raw galvanized coils or carbon steel plates.
Dedicated area for storage and inspection of finished silencers for ventilation and fire and smoke exhaust systems. It is used for stacking, visual re-inspection and pre-shipment performance sampling tests of various impedance compound silencers, tubular silencers and plenum silencers.
