1. Overview of Anti‑corrosion Axial‑flow Fan

1.1

Anti‑corrosion axial‑flow fan is mainly applied in chemical, electroplating, pharmaceutical, laboratory and waste‑water treatment sites for exhausting corrosive gas containing acid, alkali and salt mist to realize ventilation and waste‑gas removal.

The fan series covers 18 sizes with impeller diameters ranging from 250 mm to 1000 mm. Each size is equipped with 4 blades. Five adjustable blade angles are available: 15°, 20°, 25°, 30° and 35°, delivering wide performance range. Air volume: 560‑67000 m³/h; air pressure: 40‑470 Pa. Both wall‑mount and ducted installation are supported.

‑ Standard Anti‑corrosion Type: Impeller and casing made of FRP fiberglass‑reinforced plastic, for general corrosive gas conditions. ‑ Enhanced Anti‑corrosion Type: Gas‑contact components adopt PP polypropylene material for strong acid & alkali resistance. ‑ Anti‑corrosion & Explosion‑proof Type: Fitted with flame‑proof motor and anti‑corrosion coated aluminum‑alloy blades, explosion‑proof rating EXdⅡBT4, for environments with both corrosive and flammable‑explosive gas.

1.2 Product Classification

‑ By structural form: Wall‑mount type, Ducted type. ‑ By service environment: ‑ Standard Anti‑corrosion Type: For corrosive gas (dust‑free medium). ‑ Enhanced Anti‑corrosion Type: For strong acid‑alkali corrosive gas (dust‑free medium). ‑ Anti‑corrosion & Explosion‑proof Type: Mixed corrosive and flammable‑explosive gas (dust content ≤ 100 mg/m³).

2. Operating Conditions for Anti‑corrosion Axial‑flow Fan

Operating temperature: ‑20 ℃ ~ +40 ℃ Relative humidity: less than 90% Medium requirement: conveying corrosive gas; dust‑free for standard & enhanced anti‑corrosion models; dust content ≤ 100 mg/m³ for anti‑corrosion & explosion‑proof version.

Power supply: 3‑phase 380 V / 50 Hz. (Low‑power units can be supplied in single‑phase 220 V; please specify when placing orders.)

4. Manufacturing Process of Anti‑corrosion Axial‑flow Fan

4.1

For FRP‑type fans, impeller and casing are integrally moulded with anti‑aging and anti‑corrosion surface treatment. PP‑type components are injection‑molded. Anti‑corrosion & explosion‑proof models adopt anti‑corrosion spraying for aluminum‑alloy blades. All impellers undergo static and dynamic balance correction with balance accuracy not exceeding Grade G5.6.

The casing flange is integrally moulded with flat surface for convenient pipeline connection.
